Suzi a pick-me-upper would be the Total Nutrition and Ginseng. Of course these are bandaids, as there could be numerous reasons why the person has a lack of energy/depression = Hormones outa whack, etc. A full and complete analysis should be done on the diet, lifestyle, etc. to determine the "Cause". Then you can plan for a permanent resolution. But the TN and Ginseng would be a good place to start to reverse it. St. John's Wort works a little bit in the depression area but is pale compared with Hops, Valerian, Passion Flower, Lobelia, etc. etc. etc (the herbs found in the Nerve Sedative Formula (in the files).
