My dad went to the clinic to get his flu shot "because it's free". Well you get what you pay for. The flu shot is also connected to Gullian-Barre Syndrome. The flu shots can give you the flu, besides what is in them is not good for you. I did that once.... NEVER AGAIN.... got so sick from it... i would have been better off with the flu. I've been around people with the flu... was taking my TT and EP and never caught it... Besides Claudette, why are you filling your body with chemicals etc when you are on this list trying to cleanse and heal your body ??? This is an HERBAL REMEDIES list, not a "medico" list. Those things are very dangerous and you're asking for trouble. Big Trouble!!!!! The best way to NOT get the flu is to beef up your immune system with Total Tonic and Echinacea and Total Nutrition. The next best thing to do is to NOT eat what every other Amercian eats at this time of year = Junk, Sugar, Booze, and tons of fatty foods. The cold and flu "season" is a pile of crap. Eat right, take your Dragon Snot, and have some Total Tonic and Echinacea around just in case you do get sick. Flu vaccine suppresses the immunce system among other things - it will make you sick. As a matter of fact, it is highly probable that some batches DO have some of the live virus in there due to the lack of "caring" the giant pharmaceuticals have truly shown the general public. Even if they didn't have any of the live virus, see the post Suzi just made that shows all the other toxic materials in there. Some of those ingredients are not only detrimental to our immune systems (makes it possible for us to get the flu), but they are actually "CANCER" causing materials. One of them is directly related to causing Autism, and another to Alzheimers, etc. Noooooooo, you are placing your life in the hands of the giant pharmaceuticals by getting that flu shot. You said in an earlier post that you didn't trust the government. Who do you think puts these guys in there??? It's your David Rockefeller's who are major share holders in the IG Farbens, Eli Lillys, etc. ad nauseum, and these are the guys who place these same guys in the political arena in the first place. They are the very people who have tried to at first outlaw Naturopathy, and who are now trying to take it over. I think you'll find that most of the hard core herbalists on this list have somewhat of a Medicophobia ROTFL and promoting any allopathic procedure on this list (as it appeared you were doing) is against this list's policies. Please read my earlier post on this. You CAN get the flu from a flu shot, as this shot can lower your immune system so that you become susceptible to the virus even if it contains no live virus in the shot. These shots DO contain the chemicals that Suzi mentioned in her post and these are for the purpose of a preservative. You can do further research on the net to verify this, but it is true. I don't think people should blindly take these things. I had ONE of these. I have no allergies to eggs, and the doc said it was a good thing to get. I was sick most of that year. All of it was FLU according to his holiness the Doctor. It had to be from the shot they gave me. Contrast that with last year. I made and used the Total Tonic formula - wasn't sick the entire year. I helped as I could to care for friends that were ill with the flu. I was well exposed to it. Others exposed were down within 2 or 3 days-I didn't get a sniffle. Several had gotten their flu shots for whatever good they were. I offered them some of the TT, but they refused saying it was witch doctor medicine. My reply was " You're the one that's sick - not me! " . So, I'll keep taking the TT. It's kept me clear since I've made it. At the first indication or tickle in my throat, I head for it... habaneros and all. It hasn't failed me yet. More than I can say for the Daktari's magic bullets. Just my experience. This past year the GP managed to convince her to get one (a flu shot) and so she did. After that she had a flu and was sicker than she's ever been with the flu!!!!!!!!! They make the blind see, the vegetables walk and the deaf hear. This is not some scam, I have seen it with my own eyes. If there methods are too aggressive for you I would suggest www.handle.org they can do some of the same things but they do it in more of a gentle way. My mild brain injured boy was totally and completely fixed with the folks from Handle but both organizations will be able to completely cure your little one.
