Guest guest
Kathe, Chickens won't do the same. They eat some bugs but the muscovey ducks goal in life is to eat bugs bugs and more bugs. Believe it or not we only have three-two females and a male, but if they produce like I am hoping we will have a nice flock this spring. They are such interesting creatures. They like to perch in the trees, they are not loud as they don't quack-they peep. Here is a link on the ducks (you can search them on google.com too): http://www.waterlandfarm.com/muscovy_ducks.htm There is a lot of information out there on them. I learned of them through my homesteading magazines that I get.
