Guest guest
Good Morning....To answer your question......1Tablespoon of molasses contains minimally 2.3 mg of iron , 116 mg calcium , 14 mg phosphorus , 585 mg potassium , 19mg sodium and traces of B1 , B2 , Niacin. Guest guest
PP is made from equal parts of Organic Raw Apple Cider Vinager and Blackstrap Molasses. Here is what it says on the back of my molasses bottle: Percentage of US recfommended daily allowance per 1 tablespoon: calcium 8% vitamin B6 10% iron 20% magnesium 8% Here is what my Food Item Components database says about blackstrap molasses, per tablespoon: calories 47 carbs 12.2 sodium 11mgs calcium 172 mgs iron 3.2 mgs magnesium 43 mgs potassium 498.4 mgs selenium 3.6 ugs vit b6 .1mgs zinc .2mgs I don't have any vinager at the moment, so I cannot look at the label. And the only vinager on my Food Item Components database is regular store bought vinager, so I am sure it is not correct. My wife and I take PP daily, and have found that it helps in so many ways!! Guest guest
It is called Panther Piss, I don't know why. Equal parts blachstrap molasses (the molasses that is left over when most of the sugar has been extracted) and organic apple cider vinegar. Tastes awful, but the health benefits are incredible!!
