Guest guest
Hi MaryAnne, I thought someone would answer this as I've been kind of busy... however...no excuse.. Much of what you get "over the counter" is not what it claims to be.. that is why most of us make our own herbal formulas... if you want to lower cholestrol... we have discussed this and if you do a search in the archive messages you'll find lots of info.. I would suggest TotalTonic; Lots of Garlic; Enzymes; Panther Piss; and The Total Body Cleanse Program. You didn't say what your diet consists of. more info would be very helpful..... what you do or don't eat, drink etc. MaryAnne <pokergirl212000 wrote: With so many herbal and vitamin supplements available, how do you know which ones are good and which ones are gimmicks? I have boderline cholesterol (207). I tried chitosan for a year it did nothing. I saw a commercial for Pentabosol this morning it is suppose to help you lose weight and lower cholesterol, but that is what they said about chitosan also. I am 5'3" and weigh around 140lbs. I walk every evening and do a little exercise in the morning. I am not that much out of shape , but would like to reduce my cholesterol and lose 5 to 10lbs.
