Guest guest
1Hot pepper, raw or 1 tsp dried, or 1 Tbsp tabasco sauce, either eat a hot pepper 3x a day, or make a "tea" of a cup of hot water with either the dried or tabasco sauce 3x a day. Garlic, 1-2 cloves, raw, 3x a day. Chop it up fine, take like a pill with water or juice., or blenderize a tomato, a small onion, and a hot pepper and a couple of garlic cloves with a cup of water. add a dash of worcestershire and lemon, and you have a spicy, organic V-8 type juice. (eat spicy foods...as much garlic and hot peppers...the hotter the better...as you can. Raw is best.) And drink, drink, drink water. AT LEAST 1 oz for every 2 pounds of body weight. tea and juice don't count. No caffeine This will lower BP significantly, especially the diastolic (bottom number) which is the pressure with heart at rest. The systolic may remain a bit high, but it is the resting number that is the more important of the two. The water will help to flush toxins and salts away, and though it sounds odd, will actually help with edema. You get that swelling when your body tries to "hang on" to all the water it can, because it is actually dehydrated. If you havn't already, make some total tonic and panther piss. We swear by it here! Hope this helps. windflowerjesusislord57 <jesusislord57 wrote: The bad news: is that my dh is out of his perscription meds for his hypertension, as of a few days ago.
