Guest guest
The bad news: is that my dh is out of his perscription meds for his hypertension, as of a few days ago. And it's going to take the clinic a week or more to get them in. (2 perscription drugs and a water pill- i'd like to get him off all of it!) The good news: is that dh is out of perscription meds for his hypertension and i have about a week to come up with something that will help him. The bad news is that i only have about a week to find something. Thats too short to make up some tinctures or get anything ordered online.... and i aint got much green ($) Any ideas? diane in NW MT

Guest guest
No question is dumb - it can be made as a tea or a tincture.. you can contact Doc and he can help you get it already made up, or try herbalcom.com... for the herbs. Also, do a search in the message archives for hypertension. Also, since you are in a hurry here... here are some other suggestions.. TotalTonic w/ extra Garlic; Enzymes; Vit E & CoQ10; Heart Formula, Total body cleanse. The total tonic I would suggest taking several dropperfuls 3-4 times a day.. you can put it in a swallow of apple juice to help get it down for him...if he won't take it straight... also add enzymes and the Vit E and CQ10.. all these you should be able to get right away.
