Guest guest
Usually Doc Christopher will tell you if there is a difference on amounts. You won't go wrong if you use equal amounts by volume. IE. A cup of this and a cup of that ;o) Remember, we're not talking rocket science here. I do not believe in doing any fasting when pregnant, and in only doing light cleansing actions. Certain herbs you want to stay away from like Poke Root and Wormwood. Any cleansing should be very gentle. Vitamins, Minerals, and Enzymes are a must. 3 tablespoons of Total Nutrition with three tablespoons of UDO's Oil, with 1 to 2 organic raw eggs a day would be awesome. Make sure you get lots of fresh organic fruit and veggies each day. A nutritional program is paramount. I would think equal parts then.... DOC?... as for the 3 day cleanse...- got me on this one... however, a 3 day ORGANIC JUICE cleanse shouldn't hurt the baby but again...get Doc's opinion here... Do I take it that this would be equal parts of each unless otherwise noted? Also, Dr. C talks about the mucusless diet and the three day cleanse WHILE PREGNANT...whacha tink? Guest guest
Bentonite Clay would be fine. No contraindications with it at all. Even IC#1 would not be too bad as long as you didn't have too high of an individual dosage. If your IC#1 dosage was over 5 or 6 capsules, I'd switch to the IC#3 formula as it doesn't have any wormwood in it. IC#1 does, but in small enough quantities with a small dosage it wouldn't hurt.
