Guest guest
OK, Janet; i will try that and also have some RO water/cayene started as i don't have any drinkable alcohol at this moment (this is a dry town/county and i may have to check around to locate some vodka ) i made my last tincture for a linament with rubbing alcohol. i am currently for quite some time, taking an encapsulated formula i have had for a long time: 2 oz Senna 2 oz Aloe Leaf (Aloe Ferox) 2 oz Cascara Sagrada Aged Bark 1 oz Barberry Root Bark 1 oz Ginger Root 1 oz Fennel 2 oz African Bird Pepper 1 oz Garlic Bulb when i bought the african bird pepper the iterature claimed it to be a rating of 335,000. i think it is pretty hot as just the small amount of residue on the capsul is pretty potent....ok...here i go to the kitchen to try... no..i'm not going to do it tonight as at 6 a.m. in the morning i have to leave for palestine (Texas) as my son working on his house fell out of a window and broke his leg in two places and is in the hospital. will wait til i get back! lol... don't want to get in an embarrasiing position!! love..granny lee. ~~~~~ herbal remedies , " Janet Seidlitz " <dragonhealing@c...> wrote: > Granny, the trick is to start out of a low dose. Yes it can be taken in capsule form, but you have to take more to be affective. Start with 1 cap and work your way up to 4 over time. Take it with food. > > Janet > - > tvksi > herbal remedies > Thursday, September 25, 2003 4:54 PM > [herbal remedies] Re: peppers and the heart > > > can this cayene be taken in a capsule? i like peppers but have > problems at both ends with a lot of hot ones. i am concerned with my > cousin who has had triple bypass and i want to try it on myself > before subjecting him to it. he can't tolerate a lot of hot peppers, > either. he eats a lot of mild salsa, but not the hot. > love...granny lee > > herbal remedies , " Dr. Ian Shillington " > <Dr.IanShillington@G...> wrote: > > Well, as long as I'm not a horse's a.. ;o) > > > > Ian " Doc " Shillington N.D. > > 505-772-5889 > > Dr.IanShillington@G... > > - > > John Ybarra > > herbal remedies > > Thursday, September 25, 2003 5:23 PM > > Re: [herbal remedies] peppers and the heart > > > > > > That's kinda what I figured, but I wanted it " straight from the > horses mouth " .
