Guest guest
I have a friend in Venezuela where apples are not plentiful and acv is outrageously expensive... Good question though Suzi. What exactly is it about apples that makes for the best vinegar health wise? Doc?? There really isn't another fruit with similar or the same properties as the apple. They make pear vinegar here in Slovenia which is quite good but I really don't think it has any of the properties of acv. Guest guest
There is no substitute. Apples have their own special properties that no other fruit have. This also hold true of the vinegar produced by apples. It is the one fruit that can be combined with proteins with no adverse effects. Why??? Don't know, and I don't think anyone else does either. It is unique. When I get a headache from concentrating on bills, researching something, or just eye strain...I eat an apple...and gone, gone, gone is the head ache. NOTHING ELSE WILL GET RID OF ONE OF THOSE HEAD ACHES THAT FAST FOR ME! And, I'm including allopathic meds, massage, the whole nine yards.
