Guest guest
maybe call your local health department. they may need to spray the area. or do it yourself. I am sure if you call an exterminator they can help. I rather endure a chemical or two then be inudated with the mosquitoes. They carrie West Nile desease and heart worm desease for cats and dogs. I would stay indoors and not burn any lights outside at night close to the house to attract them. If there is any small standing puddles of water near your house pour bleach in it to kill the larvea, Check the screens in the windows and use clear nail polish to fix any little holes. Tell the rest of the family not to hang outside and leave the door open. You must live near some kind of water to have so many. My daughter is allergic to there bites . I always use something to put on her when she goes outside. I saw in Walmart they have a new spray that does not contain Deet. I do feel your pain. I hate any type of bug especially them. Guest guest
You want to be careful giving garlic to dogs. Too much can cause hemolytic anemia, a serious - can be fatal - disease. I used to give my dogs a bit of garlic a few times a week, but now I don't give any so I don't have to worry about its effects. My dogs are all large dogs so they may have been able to absorb a small amount with no problem. While I'm on the topic - onions, chocolate, grapes and raisins also can be toxic. And don't give any of this - from garlic to onions and on - to cats, who are much more sensitive. Also never give anything like aspirin or Tylenol to a cat; it can kill.
