Guest guest
i don't know what kind of teeth problems you have, but i am also having a lot of problems. 9 months ago, i went to a dentist who wanted to yank them all out and put dentures in. i was devastated. i told my friends at the health food store, and they said not to do it. that i could rebuild bone and tighten my gums. they put me on bone builder, 5 a day, and 5000 mg. of vit c. (i use ester c) and 300 mg a day of COQ 10. before that and since, i have used the SMILE method to take care of infections: mainly it is a combination of salt water, peroxide, colliodal silver, grapefruit seed extract and i use a syringe like thing to put it in the gum pockets to help control the infection. on my own research, i have started garlic, cod liver oil, high vitamin butter oil, alfalfa chlorophyll, ezziac tea..... i just started growing some mint and sage this summer, and using the leaves over the gums when infected, and making teas out of them to drink. and i started using the essential oils of sage and peppermint on my gums. i rarely use any anbesol or orojel. i also have used clove oil. all of these things have helped. another thing is bone broth, and geletan. i have an appointment with a holistic dentist in a few weeks, and i am hoping he will look at my teeth and tell me i am on the right track. if anyone knows anything else i would also like to hear. i am still losing some teeth, and will have to have wisdom teeth pulled, but am still fighting to keep what i have left. i hope i am rebuilding the bone also. Guest guest
I had mine pulled; it was the best thing I ever did. All they ever did was cause me problems and I'm sure it was because of that nasty tobacco (smoking) habit I had for twenty years. Unfortunately, after I quit smoking I developed diabetes related to a lot of other imbalances that smoking actually staved off until I quit. It took awhile to get used to the dentures, but I did and they're the prettiest teeth I'ved ever had! , " LISA " <merekitten wrote: > > If you use cigarettes, you need to quit immediately. > > > > Health & Happiness To You, > ~Leese > > _____ > > > On Behalf Of shanna ohmes > Sunday, July 08, 2007 12:19 PM > > Re:teeth! > > > > i don't know what kind of teeth problems you have, but i am also having a > lot of problems. 9 months ago, i went to a dentist who wanted to yank them > all out and put dentures in. i was devastated. i told my friends at the > health food store, and they said not to do it. that i could rebuild bone and > tighten my gums. they put me on bone builder, 5 a day, and 5000 mg. of vit > c. Guest guest
I am going to forward this to my husband. He has a lot of dental problems, and the dentist he saw a couple of weeks ago said he needs a full denture on top and maybe a partial on the bottom, and the the total cost ranges from $2500 to $5000. We can't afford that! He has had a partial for his top side for about five years, and he is only 44 now. I wonder if there are any holistic dentists in Arkansas? Anyway, thanks for the info. I had no idea this sort of thing existed (that shouldn't really surprise me!). Wendy
