Dr. Gillian McKeith suggests the following for varicose veins

 

Take Vita E (400iu daily)

 

Take Bioflavinoids (500mg daily)

 

Take Magnesium (1000mg daily)

 

 

 

 

 

And her 10-point hemorrhoid plan also works for varicose veins:

 

1. Rotate these creams: witch hazel, pilewort ointment, horse chestnut

ointment, plantain & yarrow ointment

2. Try hammamelis 30c, sulfur 30c sepia 30c

3. drink extra dandelion tea to clear up congestion of the liver (3-4

cups a day)

4. soak in cold water to lessen inflammation
