Guest guest
i am not certain if this will help. I have ha heat stroke twice in my life. I decided to take a trip to see my local chemist. i asked what was in Gatorade and other types of re hydrating fluids. I finally purchased a can of Gatorade powder and read the label. I was hoping to add the different vitamins and minerals to my ice tea or even Kool-aide i would sweeten with alternative sugar? Ice tea was the best solution since i had no need to add any sugar or alternative sugar. I purchased the different ingredients as i could, ground them and added them to my tea, or even ice water. When out in the heat i carry plenty of ice water or ice tea with the vitamins as well as i carry an ice bag for the back of my neck- but that is more of the heat stroke worry probably. White willow bark someone once told me has a way of helping the body remain cool as well- sorry just a side note- it is still over 100 here tonight. leeli
