Cammomile tea is a relaxant and valerian tea is stronger but it is best to mix

it with your favorite tea to help cover it's strong taste -plus a little honey

The only thing that I can think of, which has worked for me for

moodiness and cramping for years, is catnip tea. It is available

from a variety of sources, including health food stores. It

functions mostly as a relaxant, which helps the body roll with

whatever pain it is having. It also helps with calming you down, and

letting your mind relax. Hope this helps. I'm not sure if I'm

allowed to recommend brand names, as I am fairly new to the group,

but I recommend Alvita. Other brands seem to be diluted with other

plants, and do not have quite the same strength.
