Guest guest
I have high blood pressure so I really don't want any of the salts in the bath. Does anyone know what I can use instead of baking soda and sea salt? Thanks, courtney

If you like you can add a couple of drops of essential oil to the bath but not more than 2 drops so as not to irritate mucous membranes. Add a tsp of honey to the essential oil or add a tsp of milk or cream to it. Add the mixture to running water to diperse well. this is just to add a pleasant smell to the bath, so use the oil of your choice. 20 minutes in the bath is recommeded for detox. >
Guest guest
Putting about 1/4 cup of the purest clay kitty litter will draw out impurities from your body. If you are physically dependant though on any meds then do not try this. After words find a very light emollient to apply for the dry feeling if you choose. medusa - " cecile " <RSchl44964 Friday, June 29, 2007 5:49 PM Re: Detox Bath > , " auntiecody " > <auntiecody wrote: >> >> I have high blood pressure so I really don't want any of the salts in >> the bath.
