Guest guest
I just came acrossed your group looking up accupunture, I go to accupunture every 2 weeks for about 2 years now, i have disc problems in my back after a crazy inccident of picking up an old ironing board, I have had no one i know that goes through these problems until i read some of your messages. I am glad I came across this group. Also I'm no spring chicken lol I'm 51 raising 3 g-daughters ages 16-12-10, if it was not for my husband i dont think i would of made it this far, i went into depression over my back which i'm told that can happen. Guest guest
Debbie, There are many learned doctors in this group & hope you'll be benefited by their suggestion. I have one layman's suggestion for you. Try some yog aasanas like ones suggested by " Baba Ram Dev " or " B.K.S. Iyanger " . Baba Ram Dev's method is very easy & very effective where as B.K.S Iyanger is very experienced, he goes for very systematic approach & you may need in person guidance from one of his followers to understand his method. If you are totally new to yoga try getting guidance from a teacher who is practicing yog for some time. This is one of the means to stay healthy & stay away from pain. I am not sure if you'll go as normal as you were 40-50 yr back but for sure you'll be better every day compared to the day before. Hope you'll get better soon.
