Hi, all

I first introduce myself, I´m Mariana from Argentina. I've been here

for a while but never participated into the group.

I suffer from Tendinitis since 1998 aprox. First I was diagnosed with

Betchet Synd. Later I was told they were just tendinitis, a

reumatologic affection but no signs to say it was Betchet.

I had practised several sports from an intense way years ago. Now I

go through periods when I can practise some sport and periods of

resting.

When I restart a period of activity, my body reacts and I got

tendinitis all through. For instance, yesterday I restarted my

activity, and it was slight, likewise I'm with tendinitis on my

hands, my vulgaries are very painfull.

I came to think that it seem a kind of allergy or something like

that. Can this be possible? that after all this years of not training

hard my body came to react as if sports were a damage for my health?

as a kind of allergen?

I don't know what else to do, and I don't want to go on having

steroids, that is the only anti-inflammatory that is probe effective.

Thank a lot for reading me, please send me some advices.

I apologize for the language.

Regards,

Mariana

Mariana, Arnica oil on sore muscles has been great for sore muscles. If you

have Nature's Way products available, you might try some BF & S, formerly BF & S

for inflammation and soreness.

Hi Mariana,

I had tendinitis in many parts of my body and tried many things to

help but only on worked. When I started doing Bikram Yoga, all of my

tendinitis went away. I tried physical therapy, weight lifting, diet

changes and Alexander technique before but only Bikram Yoga helped. It

is amazing for the whole body and person.

Cheers

Devon
