Guest guest
Hi, I am a qualified holistic therapist and believe that a holistic therapist in your area should be able to help your back problem. I live in the UK and do close healing and distance healing. A holistic therapist channels energy and removes blockages within the body to enable the body to start its own healing process. I hope that this helps. If you can't find anyone locally, then I would be prepared and able to do distance healing via a photo. I charge £30 in the UK for this healing and so please feel free to contact me if this is something you would be interested in if you are unable to find a local therapist to you. Guest guest
Ruptured Disc is not a surgical emergency, it is usually inflammation of the disc secondary to improper posture and eating a unbalanced, processed diet, high in omega -6. Many people with return to normal just by changeing to a anti- inflammatory diet as explained on www.cidpusa.org Please check the diet section. We have placed a complete study in the back surgery section which shiowed the number of Back surgeries in the US were related to the number of surgeins avaliable in the area. That means total rest for a while and then gentle exercise, so be careful with your yoga. You will find that you have a leg length difference, which is the causative factor, and provided you were not born with it you can resolve the difference by going to an holistic Chiropractor or Osteopath. If that is too expensive for you, or anybody, contact me and I will send you my Exercise sheet for the Long Leg Syndrome, to correct it and advice to stop re-occurance. Gaining body balance and mobility will also resolve the related problems, like stiff neck and headaches etc. Kind regards, Don Moody nasalb0ne. Guest guest
I totally agree with Don's statments here. In addition to his suggestions I would suggest Quantum Biofeedback Therapies for not only pain management, but also for destressing the body so it heals quickly and correctly. Yoga and all that is fine when the tissues have healed. Using it before hand will only make things worse in the long run. Guest guest
Due to the fact that bones and cartilages are highly composed of collagen, taking oral collagen will greatly improve your condition. , monica stevens <livingstone4life wrote: > > Can you please pass along the exercise sheet mentioned below?
