Guest guest
Good morning group members. I have a question about probiotics. What do you recommend as far as finding a good probiotic to take? This is what I've been taking for the past few weeks. http://www.nutritiongeeks.com/details2.asp?Prod=florasmart-90 & Prodgp=flo\ rasmart <http://www.nutritiongeeks.com/details2.asp?Prod=florasmart-90 & Prodgp=fl\ orasmart> It's called FloraSmart and it is STRONG! It seemed to give my body what was needed. I still struggle with digestive problems when I eat stuff I probably shouldn't eat. How much is too much to take? Is there a schedule I should follow? I usually take one in the morning and one at night. I would appreciate any feedback you could give me. Thank you. Shawntaye
Guest guest
Yes, I have used FloraSmart (I remember the package, the sun). I switch around though, right now I have Country Life Powerdolphilus. After testing, Consumer Labs reccomended these: Culterelle with Lactobacillus GG Enzymatic Therapy Acidophilus Pearls Kal Acidophilus ProBiotic 5 I started taking probiotics when I began giving it to my dogs. I've read some facinating studies that probiotics increase IgA, an antibody that is primarily part of our immune system. My dogs and my family also consume a few brands of live culture yogurt each with 4 or 5 different cultures in them. My dogs have had a good influence on me (LOL!). Now I consume fish oil and probiotics thanks to them. As per the supplement I take it about three times a week, and the yogurt daily. -Michele , " dontae980 " <dontae980 wrote: > > > Good morning group members.
