Does anyone know of a good site that would give me info about fingernail

diagnosis? I want to know why mine are changing so much lately although I

have no obvious health issues..

Good morning group,

My finger nails are paper-thin and very brittle. They peel easily.

Would appreciate any suggestions to improve condition of nails.

Thanks, Terry

This is caused by a nutrtional imbalance in the body

and possibly parasites.

Adequate Essential Fatty Acids, Minerals and Amino

Acids with high fiber, lots of water and reduced high

glycemic carbs and good fats will make a big

difference. Unicity's Cal-Mag complex is excellent in

helping with nails.

Hulda Clarks parasite cleanse or Unicity's Paraway

Plus Pack will work very well to help cleanse the

bowel and rebalance the body, in addition using Hulda

Clarks Liver/gall bladder cleanse prior to the

parasite cleanse and then again after will make a huge

difference.

A Biofeedback session for stress reduction and

nutrition will also help pinpoint what you need to be

working on.

One thought according to Chinese medicine: Nails are a manifestation

of the blood and in particular the liver blood. So to nourish your

blood with food, herbs, etc can change the quality of your nails.

Some examples of blood nourishing foods are beets, beef; and leafy

greens for the liver.

pharmacy called Mavala-it is a tiy little condainer for about $15.00 but will

last a year----i am unsure what is in it but suppose to feed the mails-my mother

use to use it as she had the same problem------ her nails were like tallons

--long and hard and she allways washed fridges for a living at that stage-of

course eat a nutritious diet
