Hey,

Also try a Iridologist they may be able to give you some guidance to what areas

of your body needs to be attended to...

Hi Dansa,

Eat a high fiber diet, lots of fresh pure water, a

parasite cleanse to remove parasites that can cause

issues resulting in hemorroids and fissures. No

straining when eliminating. If you are straining your

bowels are not eliminating properly. A bowel cleanse

is also a good idea. Get rid of dairy such as cheese,

processed sugars and flours and avoid red meats. Eat

more fresh fruits and vegetables, more whole grains

(make sure you rotate the grains),exercise 30 minutes

a day at least 3 times a week and finally mediate 30

minutes a day, everyday.

Your stool should be about the size of an newborns arm

in diameter. 8-12 " long and sink, not float. Odor

should be minimal, not greasy or sticky, but able to

break up easily. If your stools are not of this

description you need to do a parasite and bowel

cleanse. Bowels should move freely with minimal

straining.

Hemorroids more often than not are from chronic

constipation, straining and sitting for long amounts

of time. Fissures occure while the rectum tears during

straining of bowel movement. Fissures will heal when

bowels are moving properly. Hemorroids may require

extra care such as essential oils, ointments or

surgery if severe. Hemorroids can be inside the

anus/rectum and also on the outside. These are

thrombosed blood vessels that have clotted. The nerve

is irritated and inflammed, therefore the pain.

Chronic Constipation more often than not is improper

diet, inadequate hydration. Water should be sipped not

gulped as gulping flushes the kidneys, but doesn't

hydrate the body. Lack of Fiber soluble and insoluble,

dairy products such as cheese, high starch in foods

such as white rice and white flours which also feed

parasites. And Lastly everyone will have them at one

time or another...Parasites. If you've never done a

parasite cleanse you probably need to do one.

And Stress! When the body is stressed the elimination

system is one of the very first to be affected.

Parasites, improper diet, lack of excersise and

mediation are stressors on the body. De-stress with

mediation and exercise.

All of the above will improve bowel and general

wellbeing. This is what I teach people to do every day

while I teach them how to destress the body.
