This would last me two or three days before I took it again. I do not always take it before meals now, but when I am having trouble swollowing or have the acid reflux feeling, then I take 1/4 cup of a mixture parts of honey,grape juice and apple cider vinegar. Someone posted a similar recipe for acid reflux, called Jogging in the Jug. The poster got it from cooks.com The recipe: 2qt apple juice, 1qt grape juice, 3/4 cup honey(raw honey, not pasteurized), 3/4 cup apple cider vinegar and add pure water to taste. My husband drinks something similar to this every morning.
