Hi Jen,

You didn't spell out the exact portion of your body which was operated upon.

However, for your query, I would suggest that you should take homoeo medicine as

under besides taking 3 ltrs of water a day, avoiding hot, fried and spicy food.

Boild or steamed food should be given precedence :-

Nux Vomica - 200c - 3 drops during bed time for 15 days.

Natrum Sulph - 200C - 3 drops in every alternate morning in empty stomach

While the medicine is on sour of any kind should not be taken as the same will

antidote the medicine

With regards and best of wishes

Dr Subrata Das

Hello,I just became a member and am quite curious and excited about this list.

Back in January, I had surgery for a condition that I've had for years

(unbeknownst to me). For a long time, I went misdiagnosed and incorrectly

medicated. Now I am off all medicine, except for thyroid hormone

replacement. After years of taking pharmaceuticals, I want to detox my liver and

whole body. Here are my questions: What are your experiences with liver

cleanses? What are the best mind/body/spirit methods for cleansing the liver?

What is the best way to detoxify the body of pharmaceuticals? Should I detox on

my own or is it best to see a holistic doctor or nutritionist? Other

comments?Thanks,Jen

Take milk thistle tabs for 2-3 weks the fast on apple juice for 3 days-then

take 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil at night then again in the morning then eat

a light lunch and dinner -next day back to normal- allways drinking 2 litres

of water for the day-there are other ways to detox- cleanse liver -- make sure

you do a little exercise twicw per day.
