Guest guest
Hi guys, This is my first post here. I've been reading for a day or two, this seems to be a very helpful group. I've about given up on the medical community, well at least to help me feel better. I'm a 62 year old Breast cancer surviver, at least for now. I've been having this pain in my hip for about a year and a half. My pcp was giving me shots but my oncoligist said to quit because it was a side effect of my Armimidex. But last week she sent me for an MRI because now she says it shouldn't still be hurting. The findings are above. I have that but nothing in the MRI supports any reason. It says it looks like I might have had radiotherapy to that area but I haven't. I did have radiotherapy but it was to my chest area. I've got an appointment with a bone/hip artho this week but I was hoping for some insight from this group. What do they do for this, or better yet what can I do for this. Thanks, Barbara
