Guest guest
Biotin, adequate fatty acids, amino acids and minerals. Then Stress reduction will also help. When the body is stressed, hair and nails are usually the first to suffer. Guest guest
I don't know if this is available in Australia, but electromassage is great stimulation for your scalp and promotes blood flow which in turn creates new growth. As far as I know it is completely safe...they use a little rake looking device and comb through your scalp. It feels tingly, but good...I had this done when I was trying to get my hair to grow faster after a really BAD hair cut. I saw about a 1/2 inch more growth per month with my hair (average hair grows 1/2 inch per month...I was seeing about 1 inch per month). Also, I sell Arbonne and we have a great safe product called thermal fusion hair and scalp reviver. Here is what it does: Revitalize and support the scalp naturally, with this sophisticated blend that supports hair follicles, thanks to a synergistic blend of nature and science. Thermal Fusion Nanospheres, saw palmetto, horsetail and yucca extracts, vegetable protein, vitamins A, C, E All You can look more into this at www.startglowing.myarbonne.com or for any questions about it email me off group. The main thing with growth and stimulation is MASSAGE the area...create blood circulation and make sure you are getting the right nutrients in your diet! HTH! Guest guest
It has been believed that the Chinese herb called Fo-ti or Ho-Shou-Wu will keep hair thick and from fallling out. It also is believed to be rejuvenating. Peace, Thyme ************************************** See what's free at http://www.aol.com.
Guest guest
As with anything, be sure to treat the cause, not just the symptom. For example, Hypothyroidism and other hormonalal imbalances will cause hair loss. To eliminate thinning (often due to stress) use a high quality B-100 complex and be sure to include plenty of essential fatty acids in your diet. Consider using the Chinese herb, Foti (or He Shou Wu) It's an awesome tonic to help restore your natural hair color and MUCH more. Hope this helps, Michelle http://www.HolisticMenopause.com does anyone know of any natural treatments for hair thinning ??

Guest guest
I am dealing with thinning hair also and I take an herbal supplement by Nature Sunshine products that has helped me call HSN-W. It has horsetail stems and strobilus, dulse fronds, rosemary leaves and sage leaves. It has helped my thinning area to thicken back up some. Also, taking some herbal supplements for the nervous system is good, because hair loss can be linked to stress, plus your regular multi-vitamins and minerals. Here is a link with more information about the product HSN-W: http://www.mynsp.com/motherknowsbest/products/guide.aspx?stockNum=945 Marguerite Wright Your Herbalist Subscribe to Mom's Healthy Ezine http://motherknowsbest.typepad.com/about.html http://www.motherknowsbest.net http://www.myspace.com/momsherbs Finding fabulous fares is fun.
