Guest guest
I have been visiting an ayurvedic doctor for more than 4 years. This doctor also works with Chinese medicine. He suggested me many herbs for constipation based on my dosha, but the main thing he mentioned is constipation also stems from clogs of emotional pain in your life. For me, this was very true. I notice that whenever I am not able to get my feelings out, my constipation worsens. I also notice I get sick to my stomach when I am nervous or things upset me, I litterally can't stomach it. HOwever, working on emotional problems is much more challenging and takes more bravery than swallowing a pill! Guest guest
I like to go high fiber. I add bran to hot and cold cereals. I look for cereals with 5-15 gr fiber per serving. Raisin Bran for example. I choose granola bars like 'Fiber ONE' that have 14gr fiber as a snack. It usually keeps things going well for me. For some the amount of fiber I eat would be overkill. For me it is just right. Good luck.
Guest guest
- I got rid of a bloating problem by taking a Betaine HCL tablet, (a digestive enzyme) available at the healthfood store. -- In , " nasalb0ne " <donmoody wrote: > > , " We want to adopt children > in AZ " <wanttoadoptinaz@> wrote: > > > > I need some help here! Guest guest
Are you getting enough water and fiber? Why do you hold back your feelings? I am in the process of learning to share my feelings with honesty and tact. I noticed that I am drawn to people who tell me things straight out with honesty and I finally realized that they deserved the same from me. Guest guest
Yes calciu magnesium also helps me with constipation. Also have you tried a probiotic? This has worked wonders for me and both my sisters. We all suffer from IBS and probiotics have saved us. http://www.shaklee.net/roxanne_anderson/product/80638 , Ingrid <molokai_duo wrote: > > I have had problems with constipation all my life, > then I changed my diet, which made me feel better, but > hardly helped my constipation.
