go to the gym to work out, I'm tired, I stay home and do nothing, I'm tired.

What can I do? I'm ADHD I'm supposed to be bouncing off the walls :) BTW, i

don't take anything for my ADHD.

It sounds as though your adrenals are on " tilt " . I know that homeopathic

medicine

absolutely addresses this symptom picture because I used to be just like you. I

recommend that you seek a homeopath in your area for the ADHD symptoms and your

fatigue.....both are very treatable. YOU are very treatable. I know that you

will receive

many recommendations from the group for adrenal support and, perhaps thyroid

support

(there are many supplements out there that are good). I feel that you would

best thrive on

the deeper, overall mind/body/spirit support which homeopathic medicine

provides.

Also, what I use for my clients in addition to the homeopathic remedies is the

strength of

Amazon Rainforest plants through a product for the endocrine system called

Sumacazon

from Amazon Herb Co. If you'd like, go to my website at

www.cathleenspringer.com; then

go to the Herbal Products page and the CLICK HERE link at the bottom of that

page. When

you get over to Amazon Herb, click on Concentrated Nutrition/Products A-Z to

about Sumacazon.

To your health,

Hi,

I am wondering why you are always tired.

Have you ever tried any medication, modern types

or traditional herbs.

If you need further advice, just drop me a line

Thank you.

you could have exhausted adrenal- or low in iron-take vit c with iron and no

stimulants like tea and coffee-eat well-see a nutritionist -research the

glycemic index. Drink water to help flush toxins. If you can look into getting

iodized water as it helps to flush the toxins more redily-someone recently

poste an article on it -combined with other things

Me too!

I've been tested for sleep apnea, (borderline) and Narcolpsy, (failed

the nap study but the genetic testing says no way I'm narcoleptic)

Here's the deal: Weight is everything with chronic fatigue. I gained

50 lbs with a back surgery and I couldn't keep my eyes open. I lost

the weight and it was easier to keep my eyes open but I still had the

problem. The next step was cutting out all caffiene. Oh it was so

hard! I was desperate for coffee and soda because I couldn't keep my

eyes open!

3 weeks. no caffiene and I woke up feeling AWESOME. 3 weeks of hell

well worth the punishment. I was still tired though.

So, my dr finally said she wanted to treat me as if I was

Narcoleptic. She put me on Provigil. I swear by this stuff. I take it

first thing, 6 am. Sometimes I have to take it again at noon. But, I

can sleep at night when I need to and I physically cannot fall asleep

during the day. I'm not jittery, nervous, or irritable. I can just

stay awake.

I have 6 kids. 4 are under 7. This was the answer to my prayers.

I was able to drop all the other meds for the anxiety attacks and

depression that came from this chronic fatigue.

I hope this helps and I hope you can get help.

IMHO!!

Have you been tested for Sleep Apnea? I went through this years ago, and found

out it was Sleep Apnea. Using a Cpap machine at night saved my life! It is

ofter misdiagnosed, so ask your Dr. for a sleep study. good luck

With that many young children it is entirely normal to be so tired. Drink

lots of Yerba Mate tea for energy. Give the kids lots of chamomile tea and put

them all to bed by 8:30 PM. Take Siberian Ginseng too which will help you

adapt to stress.

I once had 11 children all under 10 years of age and 3 in diapers. Believe

me, I was tired too. I just got them all to bed early and I went to bed when

they did. I enlisted their help in whatever way they were capable of helping.

Even just setting or clearing the table was a big help. I used only disposable

cups, plates and eating utensils. I bought cups in different colors and each

one had the same color every day. Some colors were repeated of course by

others but I wrote their names on them in black magic marker and the older ones

rinsed them out and put them on the table for the rest of the day. Young

children can vacuum and dust also. The evening ritual included putting all their

toys or belongings away. Showers were soap up, rinse off and out for the next

in line. Clothes were folded and stacked in piles according to the owners and

the older ones put them away. All socks were white and tube type, therefore

no problem with missing socks and they shared them. I had 3 laundry bins for

the children and trained them to sort their clothes according to white,

colored or dark and they put them into the bins after the shower. If we went

anywhere as a group, each child had a buddy and kept track of each other. On

these

occasions, they were all dressed in red or orange for easy locating. I

started this because once I left one of them in a grocery store and thank the

Lord, he was still there busy stacking canned goods on the floor. I found he

was

missing when I did the head count as we got into the car to leave.

They are all grown now with children of their own and I miss those busy days

even though I have 2 grandchildren to raise now.

Blessings & Peace, Thyme
