Guest guest
If you have an injury or you are suffering from external infection or inflammation, immerse it in salty water on a regular basis, and it will heal quickly. A good example is when I accidentally burned my foot walking on a very hot floor, and the after effects of the burning did not reduce until I started using this method (I tried so many creams and they simply did not work), which if done properly, was also found to be very effective as a total mouth wash (well, at least for me). A healthy way to do this method is by going to the naturally abundant sea (don't swim deep, or you might evolve into a water monkey!), where can enjoy the benefits of vitamin D from the sun as well, which is important for the metabolism of calcium in the body. If you have a problem with finding a nail cutter, don't bite your nails off: just wash your hands with some water instead (doesn't have to be salty this time), and peeling your nails will be like peeling a banana (wooh, I like bananas, but not for very long!). Vitamin C, abundantly found in citrus fruits and some vegetables, can reduce the effects of a cold significantly, and can also reduce the period of a cold by up to 50%. So if you have a sore throat, drink lots of cool (non-cold) orange juice to quench the pain (Ahhhhhh, Monkey-Up!).
