Guest guest
MEDITATION IS PRAYER AND PRAYER IS MEDITATION When you pray it is a form of meditation. The same is true for meditation. It is a form of prayer. When you focus in silent retreat you can hear your inner-self speak and you can hear God speak to you. During this process you can release inner conflicts and redirect your energy in beneficially healing ways that allow you to focus on positive outcomes. Have you ever found your mind thinking about things that upset you and you just can't seem to let it go? Have you ever thought, 'why can't I get this out of my head?' These thoughts are anchored, like a BIG OLD SHIP ANCHOR to something in your past that you have not successfully dealt with. You may never understand something that exists in your past. Simply because you can not understand what led other people who played a role in those interactions to do what they did. Furthermore, you were not where you are at now back then, so perhaps now you can look at whatever it was differently. – Sometimes you can not move beyond something and it is best to `let it go'. There are things and events that occur that are simply just out of your hands and this is where faith comes in, and inpart – knowing yourself. Once you truly know yourself and what is true about you, then you can feel strong in who you are. This is why prayer is important. It helps to release those conflicts that are blocking you from being the best you can be. Over time prayer also brings forth a sense of release and hopeful forgiveness through understanding by allowing you to approach 'whatever issues you have' in a safe and personal way. Through my personal experiences I have learned to sense life in a way that extends beyond the physical appearance. I have begun to sense and trust my instincts. I feel empathetically with other people and I understand by trusting that intuition. We all are individually special because our individualized experiences are so different. So much energy. My inner self is stronger and more focused than it was before and during my process of healing. Divine light shines upon my days and feeds my soul. I am here due to Divine Mind. I am not who I was. God is truly good! Relearning my own personal relationship to my higher-self and to God helped me move beyond many of my personal issues and my ongoing process of self-discovery with God began. Re-entering life through His touch has since played a pivotal role in my life – now in saying this I will add, that you are the physical manifestation of God. So, in acknowledging God you are in fact acknowledging the perfection within yourself – as you are God and capable of manifesting thought into reality – collapsing energy itself and forming it into a tangible thing (the reality you live) that you can experience. Through my human attempt to understand my relationship with my higher-self and God, which now I know I will never truly understand, I stand in awe of the limitless possibilities we have to choose from. The insurmountable concepts of Universal Laws, what love really is and why it is, what joy is and how trying to understand these things in the quest for them, leads us somehow closer to our mortal understanding of Human Perfection.
