Guest guest
Jo, this question may seem a bit forward, but it's necessary. How old are you? Typically, they like women to get off birth control pills once they hit around the age of 35 because of the increased risk of blood clots and other circulatory problems. As far as adrenal support is concerned, I think you also need to investigate what alternatives you wish to use for birth control (assuming you are in a relationship -- if you're not, no problem. But I assume you are or will be if you are taking them). I think it might be best to let things be for at least three months to see where your body takes you on its own before you start messing with things. It will tend to balance itself out on its own. But, in the mean time if adrenal stress is an issue, don't drink caffeine, drink lots of water, don't smoke, stay away from cokes and such, eat lots of fruits and veggies, keep your exercise program to yoga or tai chi, not the more strenuous stuff like going to the gym or running -- those are adrenal drainers. Then check back on your system after about three months. Dede
