Guest guest
Hello Folks I wanted to comment of the FDA's mindset. In general, Western science has seemed to work to excommunicate spirit in the name of scientific purity. Some define science in " objective " terms (e.g., using Karl Popper's falsification principle), and then they move to declare complementary medicine as pseudo-science. This is a very disturbing trend. To combat this trend is why I wrote my book, " Trinity: the Scientific Basis of Vitalism and Transcendentalism. " What's it about? In the nutshell, I am saying that Trinity is a vitalistically-felt life principle that sources the transcendental. The tensions are indicated by what is felt, and by feeling's rationalization. Trinity is sense-certain and has no explanation based on cause-and-effect, yet this sense-certainty unifies quantum mechanics with general relativity given that quantum gravity also slips away into the transcendent. The general principle is that unity is discovered in what is found starkly incomplete, by reason of its incompleteness. Trinity as a life principle impacted our evolution, as that which is felt needs no reason for its being. Therefore, Trinity unifies Darwinism with intelligent design (i.e., Trinity did not evolve, and design implicates Trinity), and gone are the heated conflicts that are shown to exists only in the mind. The new science of Trinity is a meta-science. The new meta-science is friendly to complementary medicine. And I trying to do my part in making the new meta-science a reality, without " trickery " . This effort is needed if the FDA is to broaden their views. As it is well into the month of May I missed the FDA's comment period (ending April 30), but the book is now out and can be used in future struggles. Sincerely, Stephen P. Smith, author of " Trinity " P.S. Guest guest
Stephen, the FDA did extend their comment period for a month. You have time to respond. Guest guest
Stephen, Your e-mail about Trinity boggled my brain and I hope that as I learn more I will be able to understand the concept you are presenting. I don't even know if this comment is relevant, but I keep hearing on the radio that the US Gov't (FDA) is frowning upon Americans using Canadian drugs. This really makes me mad as it is ridiculous of them to imply that Canadians aren't smart enough to produce useable drugs. It's just their way of keeping the monopoly on overpriced (and I mean overpriced!)drugs. ~Leese, off to re-read your post. _____ On Behalf Of hucklebird Monday, May 07, 2007 3:00 PM Re: Re: FDA Regulators Using Legal Trickery...
