Guest guest
I have recently got into drinking wheat grass juice (which I buy the fresh wheat grass at our local organic store). What I wondered is, I have read that the best way to is to juice it (with a juicer) and you have to drink it within 12 hours. For one, it is a royal pain to juice this stuff with my current juicer and I certainly don't have time to do it every single day. I have read about the blender method where you mix the grass with an ice cube and water and blend and strain. I have read that this will keep for a couple days--it loses the enzymes of course but the chlorophyll and vitamins are still enough to get benefits. Does anyone do this and is it still beneficial enough to drink it that way? If anyone can give me information on this or experience I would appreciate it. I have read so much off the internet i'm confused and all i'm trying to do is drink something beneficial! Thanks, Marci
