Guest guest
Hi Everyone, I have recently been diagnosed with Blood Clots in my lungs and I am wondering if there are any alternative routes for healing them rather then taking Warfarin (aka Coumadin...aka Rat Poison) every day. I am also curious about alternative routes for pain management. They currently have me on oxycontin and because I am not comfortable taking the narcotic, I rarely do. Any insight or ideas would be fabulous! Thanks Kris.

Look for it at this website: http://DrDavidWilliams.com I would also eat lots of garlic. Kris again: I am also curious about alternative routes for pain management. You might start by learning Emotional Freedom Technique. there is a free handbook and a handy PowerPoint presentation that is easier to learn from in the files section of the group. Guest guest
Hi, Hanna Kroeger used to get rid of bl. clots with her Bl. clot board. ($18.)If you do not have one, just use black strap molassas and a magnet over the clots to dissolve them. All this is in her books. Guest guest
Hi Kris, Check out the book " Anti Inflammation Zone " by Dr Barry Sears - it discusses how to reverse chronic inflammation and its related conditions (such as chronic pain, heart disease, excessive blood clotting) with proper diet. Basically - a balance of lean protein, low glycemic fruits and vegetables for your carbohydrate source, and good fats (like olive oil and almonds) every time you eat or consume calories. It also includes some strong recommendations for fish oil. Generally I advise people to avoid or minimize soda, juice, beer, most grain products and really starchy fruits and veggies (like potatoes and bananas). Not necessarily because they aren't nutritious, but mainly because they pack such a huge wallop of carbohydrates. So many of us start the day with a bowl of cereal and coffee (high carbohydrate), then have a sandwhich (often high carbohydrate) for lunch, and then some meat and veggies for dinner (which can be a pretty good balance, but is often lacking in leafy greens, broccoli, berries, etc). EFT, as Ien also suggested, is great for your general health. There is an easy tutorial on www. eftEmotionalFreedomTechnique.com Pamela , " Ieneke van Houten " <ienvan wrote: > > Kris wrote: > > Hi Everyone, > > <I have recently been diagnosed with Blood Clots in my lungs and I am > wondering if there are any alternative routes for healing them rather > then taking Warfarin (aka Coumadin...aka Rat Poison) every day.> > > If I had blood clots I would look into the enzyme nattokinase, > based on a Japanese fermented soybean food. > Look for it at this website: http://DrDavidWilliams.com > > I would also eat lots of garlic. > > Kris again: > > I am also curious about alternative routes for pain management.
