Guest guest
Hi there, You simply stop taking alprazolam. Do pranayam and meditate for 15 minutes before sleep. This remedy does not you anything. Practice this dedicatedly and within 7 days you will totally out of the adiction of alprazolam. Guest guest
I'm sorry but I really disagree with the advise of " just stop taking the alprazolam... It is a highly addictive drug. I am on it as well ( brank name Xanax) I was told by my doctor that when I am ready to be without the xanax I will have to be weaned off, due to the fact that if you just STOP you can go into convulsions and can cause harm. This is a drug that you need to get off with a doctors care or at least try to wean yourself off SLOWLY.... I did that with very little side affects. But, if you go to fast you will have in increase in anxiety to the extreme and as stated above " could " cause convulsions. Be careful and follow your heart, but I just felt the need to respond to this.
