So first off calcium, magnesium (2 parts calcium to 1 part magnesium), selenium, vitamin c, vitamin e, american ginseng, bilberry, bitter orange, chanca piedra, coleus, corn silk, dong quai, epimedium, ginseng (panax), hawthorn, oligomeric proanthocyanidins, reishi, shiitake, scutellaria. increase your potassium, reduce the salt from your diet but don't eliminate, use moderate amounts of polyunsaturated fats like olive oil, discontinue drinking coffee and smoking tobacco, avoid coltsfoot, dan shen, ephedra, licorice, mate, aged cheese, aged meats, anchovies, avocados, chocolate, fava beans, pickled herring, sherry, sour cream, wine and yogurt. aromatherapy use essential oil of lavender or lemon balm aka melissa. green tea, apple pectin " florabell66 " florabell66 Cc: Ieneke van Houten <ienvan Friday, April 20, 2007 11:28:52 AM Alternatives to Atenol for high blood pressure > Is there anything along the herbal remedies that would help with high blood pressure?.
