I will give you a list of herbs and the like to research because I wouldn't want

the fda to think I am practising medicine without a license. So first off

calcium, magnesium (2 parts calcium to 1 part magnesium), selenium, vitamin c,

vitamin e, american ginseng, bilberry, bitter orange, chanca piedra, coleus,

corn silk, dong quai, epimedium, ginseng (panax), hawthorn, oligomeric

proanthocyanidins, reishi, shiitake, scutellaria. increase your potassium,

reduce the salt from your diet but don't eliminate, use moderate amounts of

polyunsaturated fats like olive oil, discontinue drinking coffee and smoking

tobacco, avoid coltsfoot, dan shen, ephedra, licorice, mate, aged cheese, aged

meats, anchovies, avocados, chocolate, fava beans, pickled herring, sherry, sour

cream, wine and yogurt. aromatherapy use essential oil of lavender or lemon balm

aka melissa. green tea, apple pectin
