I am pregnant and have found since I became pregnant that whenever I eat veggies I get the worst gas. Raw veggies especially give me a terrible tummy ache and the most embarassing gas I've ever had in my life. I miss eating my veggies, particularly the raw ones because there aren't many vegetables that I like cooked. My doctor suggested I take Beano for the gas, but it doesn't seem to do much. Can anyone suggest anything else to help? I don't want to spend my pregnancy eating apples and toast.
