Hi Everyone…I feel certain that you know of the legendary Jacques Cousteau. He

made his

award-winning documentaries on the Amazon over twenty years ago. Now, his

pioneering

work in marine research and environmental sustainability is being carried out by

the

Cousteau Futures Group.

 

This group is championed by Jacques' son, Jean-Michel Cousteau, and

grandchildren,

Celine and Fabien Cousteau. They are currently working on a PBS documentary to

air in

2008. Its purpose is to document the changes in the Amazon over the last twenty

years.

 

Because of the positive work Amazon Herb Co. is doing in regard to sustainable

eco-

commerce and rainforest preservation in the this region, Cousteau Futures Group

has

contacted John Easterling, Founder & CEO of Amazon Herb Co. At their

invitation,

`Amazon John' (this name given to Easterling by the indigenous tribes with whom

Amazon

Herb Co. is aligned) has recently joined Cousteau Futures Group in the

Rainforest for 4

days of filming. Again, the documentary is due to air in 2008.
