Guest guest
Hi, First, i'd like to thank the list for all the help you've given me these past weeks. I have made steps to purchase SPIRULINA & GABA. It's slow going but in time i will increase the spirulina. I still tend to worry about taking too much of anything. I'm still going through withdrawals after 10 days and was told it would take longer. I had no choice in the matter due to a combo of pain meds and the clonazepam i was taken at a very low dose. They tended to intensify and i thought it was my disease kicking my butt. Wow, i will never forget going through what i did. Anyhow, i am grateful today for where i am and i thank you for everything you've done to make my life alittle brighter.... . I am working on making afew recipes for my leg. I have lymphedema and decided to try to make my own creams, etc. I used coconut oil and ground some fresh ginger, mixed well and used it on my scalp and hair. I loved the way it felt the following day. It was shiney and so clean. I let it set for afew hours...you can also let it set overnight with a cap over your head. I noticed my scalp wasn't so dry with flakes and i am amazed! I got a dry scalp from having lymphedema...never had it before until now and i knew i couldn't put up with it much longer. I believe i may have solved my problem . If you may have some other recipes for skin, hair, facial, WRINKLES, anything for that matter, i would appreciate some. I do have some base oils, apricot, coconut, avocado and grapeseed. How i would use vitamin E oil to these others? What kind of cream would i use to make a face cream for wrinkles, lol? I've used fresh Aloe Vera before but i don't know how to keep it or how to make a receipe with it. I would like to make so many things with fresh fruits, strawberries maybe but these things would not keep would they? Any ideas on any simple recipe's useing essential oils that you've made that really works? I'd love to hear about them. Ok, enough of the recipes, lol. Thanks for listening. I must feel pretty good tonight to be rambling like this.... night all, Carol _______________ Mortgage rates near historic lows.
