Guest guest
Hello Smith, I know of one solution which has helped many and costs nothing. It is a yogic way of deep breathing, particularly 'Anulom Vilom' and 'Kapal Bhatti' It will be better if you learn from a yoga teacher or you may get lot of info & technique thro' google or swami Ramdev. At least I have also benefitted. Alan <alan wrote: Anybody have a suggestion on how to lower bad cholesterol or LDL? I've been using fish oil to get my triglycerides down and HDL up but LDL has gotten worse. Thanks! Alan Alan E. Smith

Guest guest
Chitosan is well known supplement for the reduction of bad cholesterol and reducing the body's ability to absorb excess fats. The draw back for some is that it is made from shell fish. Other than that is is a wonderful supplement for helping control cholesterol. Virgin Coconut oil and sesame seed oil are also both excellent oils that help with cholesterol. Guest guest
Jenny, Thanks for the advice. I seem to have a problem with coconut and sesame oil for some reason but I'll try the Chitosan and see if that's the magic bullet I need to get the LDL down.
