Beth - the best group for AS is KickAS.org. Based in the USA this is an

international group of over 4520 members. The group covers alternatives and

diet. Many AS sufferers control their problems with diet, NSD/LSD - that is no

starch and low starch diet. It is a fantastic group, very supportive,

excellent input from the very many members.

 

AS is a horrible condition since it is so systemic, i.e. many organs or the

body may be affected. The condition is incurable but it can be managed.
