Guest guest
Hi everyone, This is my first post here. I'm seriously looking into using herbs to treat stomach problems like indigestion, ulcer, etc. I've visited some websites but most of them just tell you what herbs to use without giving very much information. Is there important information I need to know before using herbs? Any good books you can recommend? Thanks, jonathan

Try Inliven probotic. Its all organic and is also a whole food supplement so you dont need anything else. It should help you and its also good for you. Go to: www.purelivingorganics.mionegroup.com My daughter uses it because she has had problems for years. Good luck
Guest guest
ALSO: If you doctor gives the OK, do as the ancient Greeks and Romans did for digestive tract problems: Make a tea from coriander. You can use the seeds whole, crack or grind them---OR you can make a tea from the leaves (called Cilantro) of the coriander plant. _Coriander Healing Properties_ (http://www.asianonlinerecipes.com/herbs-health/coriander-healing-properties.php\ ) Blessings, WyUo § :~D)>+ ************************************** See what's free at http://www.aol.com.
