Guest guest
I have cronic fatigue syndrome and developed an idea the other day. I accessed this BB and typed in CFS and did a search. I came up with 72 posts about it. It seemed a lot were sort of, well, just take a cleansing and eat the right foods. A couple were from a practicioner in India and I feel I really got some hard-core helpful information. The purchase of a few amino acids, along with some research on current ways to reverse the aging process and I can feel beneficial effects already! The real key to solving the problem seemed to be to me the advice that CFS might be linked to sluggish adrenal glands. Blessings to everyone, Belial (known also as Saint Bernard) and Bonnie. Guest guest
Belial: You hit it right on the head! CFS is a catch-all term! Most viruses, other pathogens and chronic fatigue come when the body is in extreme stress. Exhausted/stressed adrenals can literally shut the body down. That is where I was 2 years ago. No drs tests or drugs made it better. I couldn't sleep, couldn't eat, was passing out at work, headaches that wouldn't go away etc. Extreme Adrenal Exhaustion was the cause. Today I am doing better.Lifestyle changes, changing diet and using the SCIO device to help balance imbalances in the body. I'm alive because of this device. What drs. couldn't find this device did and it saved my life. Jenny Kernan --- Belial <bobdeinlein wrote: > I have cronic fatigue syndrome and developed an > idea the other > day. Better diet, spinal care, such as chiropractic..so that virtually all bodily systems function normally....and herbs such as Gotu Kola...and adrenal glanulars...that you can get from your health food store..or via your health practitioner. I provide my patients Standard Process brand " Drenatrophin, " which really does the trick. And, no, these do not have any adrenalin-like effects. They merely support the adrenal glands. What else? Little cat-naps...and elevating the legs..can be helpful..as can large does of vitamin C...such as in citrus, especially. I know whereof I speak. This is not bunk. T.C.Halle, D.C.
