Who has heard about or done any sun gazing to help, heal their life? I just read

about it yesterday and find it so fascinating. There are people out there

actually living off the sun and liquids. Wow!

Thanks,

I just heard of it last week. It is interesting, I'm still

researching it. The way I found out about sungazing was through an

invitation to their . I think it's called sunflowerz.

Suggest you be very careful, if you attempt this. I practiced it over many

years, and it seemed to do good..along with the other Bates' method techniques,

but found later that I had sustained many small retinal burns in both eyes.

Use some common sense, and maybe speak to your doctor too. Perhaps look, but

not directly at the disc of the sun..just near it..or at reflecting materials

like sand or snow.

Best wishes,
