Guest guest
Most health food stores carry Stevia. Becareful of the ones with Maltodextine in them as a filler. It is known to increase appetite. You want Plain white stevia if your drinking beverages and green can be used for baking. Green does not dissolve where white does. Liquid is also available and has grapefruit seed in it as a preservative. Sweet Leaf and KAL in the shaker bottles are best IMO. Guest guest
Stevia comes in powder and liquid form. I have used the liquid form for seven-eight years. Never cooked with it though. You can find it in health food stores. HTH Denise >I have heard here there is a sweetner substitute for diabetics that is > natural.
