Hello Claudette,

My 15 yo daughter seems to have trouble with this... she uses CoQ10, seems to really reduce the pain that comes with it. I'd also check the files.. There is a heart formula in there.. If you can't find it or get to it.. say somethin and someone (who likes to talk herbs, like me....lol) will shoot it right to ya... ;)

Claudette.....I was diagnosed with Mitral Valve Prolapse by a Dr. Gene Denk in LA in 1988. He was not too concerned about it. He did say that potassium deficiencies would increase the "out of control pounding". I took more potassium and it did tone it down.So I recommend Pather Piss daily.During a "pounding episode " he can take as close to a dropperful of cayenne as he can handle and it will "turn off" the pounding in seconds. Now if he wants to do more complete handling it would be BIG change of diet ,Total Nutrition , Heart Formula to strenthen and repair AND the Body Cleanses. When I did the Cleanses all symtoms "went away". Dr John Christopher states that Heart Valves become tired and week due to malnutrition. I can heartily attest to the fact that this is true. Even the Medicos now say that the heart can repair itself........Love , Mary O

Hi Rik,

I also have a "valve problem", although it is the other one that men usually have trouble with. I guess I was lucky to find out how I did, because I had a physically demanding job, and after thinking I had suffered a heart attack, they found the valve problem. The only thing I have been able to find out, is that If I take care of myself I can lead a" full and healthy life" before it will eventually have to be replaced!?!? I was also told that I was not suffering from heart attacks, but rather panic attacks, and they threw me down that course with all of its special horrors. I finally put my foot down, and tore myself off of the antipsychotic they had me on, and the heart relaxer, and am still alive to tell about it. lol. After more testing, they decided it wasn't quite as bad as they had scared me into believing, and now I am supposed to resume an active lifestyle. This is where I have my problem now, I've put on 25 lbs., and I'm literally scared to go out and exercise! Whenever I hear my heart beating in my ears I flip out, because someone told me that wasn't supposed to happen. So, I'm a 35 year old woman, who has to talk herself into taking a walk! It's preposterous, but I'm finding that since I've made the choice to not take the stupid meds, I have to somehow learn to get control of this myself. And I have always been as healthy as a horse, so it's kinda hard to fight the panic, because I instantly think I'm dying. I would also greatly appreciate any info anyone has, and thanks for letting me vent :) Good luck Rik, and let me know what you find out, and I will too.

hi there, wow, 2 posts already (O: hoping for more interesting

information. i talked about this on an other group and they came up

with EFT. check out the link if you like.

http://www.mercola.com/forms/eftcourse.htm

i just read several pages and it seems like a nice thing to start

doing, it won't hurt trying it. when you read it you will

understand. some other options were specific for the adrenal glands,

like siberian ginseng, panax ginseng and ashwaganda. skullcap,

st.john's worth and oats as nervines. i got this from someone else,

so you might want to search about these herbs to make sure. i can

controle my panic attacks okish, but i hate the pounding of my heart

when i'm relaxed. not sure if i have this MVP problem, it wasn't

diagnosed on me, but i read about it and it made sense that i could

(maybe)have this. would explain a lot! did a number of tests 12

years ago when the noticed a strange reading on a EKG, EEG, ECG or

whatever they call it for a sport physical. they thought i had had a

heart attack..... scared the so-so out of me. all hooked up on a

threadmille and running for 15 minutes......... nothing wrong!

heart video........no problem with valves, i am healthy. i need to

find out more and just work on me getting as healthy as i can. on

the MVP link it says what to avoid eating, such as sugar and low

salt. execize is a recommended, it works for me, i feel a lot less

anxious after a good run, or brisk walk, bikeride, swim......... you

name it, i do all of them. ok, i am writing a book here.......(O;

let's see what else comes up. have a great weekend folks! da rik.
