Raj, that's something I'd hesitate to " diagnose " because it could be a

number of things.

 

My first thought would be a urinary tract infection -- and if that's

what it is and his symptoms are that bad, he might need to see a doctor.

 

There are other things that would also indicate a visit to the doctor --

could be a blockage of some kind.

 

If he has that much pain that he can't pass urine, that's not good

because toxins will build up and he could have kidney failure.

 

I'd suggest strongly he see a physician as soon as he can.

please ask your friend to see a doctor to get a test for venerial disease-,

even if his partner has not shown symptoms-she may be a carrier or just plain

lucky. If he has a disease the earlier treated the better.some diseases will "

seem to go away " but linger causing long term problems, infertility and maddness

for starters. It won't hurt to check it out and then you will know for sure what

it is-he may have cancer of the postrate gland---- make sure before you treat it

as it may be serious.

Sounds like a urinary tract infection. Use an antibiotic as a very last resort

if you don't have access to anything else, and if you must use the antibiotic,

finish the full bottle for the full course. Couple the antibiotic with plenty,

TONS, of pro-biotics six hours after each AB pill.

 

Take Allicin/Silver as maintenance once you get rid of it. It will keep it away

for good.
