Guest guest
Although I've been in the energy medicine and vibrational medicine field for 20 years, I was trying to remember why I got into it in the first place. My first contact was through the Bach Flower remedies, and I was trying to find a solution to panic attacks. When they were eliminated after 2 days, I was blown away, since I'd been trying drugs, diet, vitamin supplements, and all kinds of herbs for years. Once that was a success, I went into gem elixirs and other subtle energy modalities that really worked for me. My question is: What problem did energy medicine solve? Or, is the reason most people get into energy medicine because they can't find a solution anywhere else? Or, out of all the solutions they've tried, was it the only one that worked? Or, is it skepticism of mainstream medicine? Or, something else entirely? What's your opinion? Guest guest
Speaking for myself, I found homeopathy years ago out of necessity. Nothing in Western medicine was touching my symptoms (CFIDS). Homeopathy was recommended to me when I didn't even know what it was or how it worked. The proof of efficacy was evident in my body within 24 hours. As a practicing homeopath these days, I find that most of my clients come to me because: (1) they've tried everything they know of in the allopathic realm and nothing has worked for them; or (2) they don't want to use meds; or (3) they have always sought alternative therapies. And that's what I know!
