If you have lupus, please don't give up! There is something to be

done. People have at least greatly improved, themselves by

several different methods. One thing I saw repeatedly was *digestive

enzymes*, and that sure seems to help keep lupus at bay for me. If

you've had it for a long time, it's going to take longer to get your

body back in working order.

 

I also remember reading about urine therapy greatly helping with

lupus. The clean, whole food / digestive enzymes worked so well for me

that I didn't try that.
