I just quit smoking

Hi

I just wanted to share with you that I just quit smoking (a month

from today!) something I wanted to do for an entire life. I never was

a heavy smoker but quitting a habit of even erratic smoking if it is

well rooted is really hard. It took a two-week trip that meant much

to me and changing everyday habits to be able to implement the desire

to DO it.

I now do not have a desire to smoke at all even in front of others

smoking, which was practically impossible to do before...

huh? I tried a million times before but could never do it until I

found out I was pregnant. I guess when it was just me I was quitting

for it was never a good enough reason. Pretty silly, huh?

Are you serious? I quit four weeks ago and I still want a cigarette after every

meal and when I pass people who are smoking! Of course, I was a heavy smoker,

almost a pack a day. You are really lucky.
